4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
