This recipe brings a lot of wonderful memories of the good old times and the beautiful summers spent growing up on my grandparent’s farm. Picking the fresh grown vegetables from the garden and making this salad with family is one of my most cherished memories. The smell of the fresh chopped dill lingering in the air. What fond memories it brings back every time I make this salad.

April 16, 2020 at 11:23 AMThank you for your question, Jasmyne! You can substitute red wine vinegar with white but you must use fresh dill in this recipe (dry won’t work).
