Mashed Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

1 head Cauliflower
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. fresh, chopped Chives
1 tbsp. fresh, chopped Rosemary
1 pinch Sea Salt, Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. In a vegetable steamer, steam cauliflower until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
2. Carefully remove it from steamer and mash the cauliflower with a potato masher.
3. Mix in spices with coconut and olive oils.
