2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen, thawed)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 garlic clove, finely minced
¼ tsp sea salt

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
