Basic spices mixed in with one tablespoon of Greek Yogurt. It can’t get easier than that. First, combine all of the spices with yogurt and add it to the meat. Mix all ingredients together. Place your meatloaf in a greased or a non-stick pan. Then place it in a preheated oven at 350F. Bake for about 35 minutes or less. To find out if your meatloaf is done you will need to check its internal temperature. The meat should be fully cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 F or greater as measured by a meat thermometer.

Turkey Meatloaf


1.25 lbs. Ground Turkey
1 medium chopped Onion
1 1/2 cups shredded Carrot
1 clove chopped Garlic
1 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
1 Egg
1 pinch natural Seasoning Blend
*including onion, garlic, celery and parsley
1 pinch Sea Salt, Black Pepper,
Red Crushed Pepper, Oregano


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Grease a pan.
4. Bake 35 minutes or to a minimum internal temperature of 165 F or greater as measured by a meat thermometer.
