INGREDIENTS

4 cups broccoli florets, steamed until tender-crisp
1 cup cooked rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat and prepare:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly butter or spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Sauté aromatics:
In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

3. Mix casserole base:
In a large bowl, stir together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in cooked rice, sautéed onion mixture, steamed broccoli, cheddar, and Gruyère cheese until well combined.

4. Assemble casserole:
