Recipe Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

4 black tea bags (or green tea for lighter flavor)
1 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
1 lime, thinly sliced
3 tbsp honey (or adjust to taste)
6 cups water
1 cup ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil and steep: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags and half of the mint leaves. Steep for 6–7 minutes, then remove tea bags.
