Recipe Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 brioche buns
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, melted
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Red onion slices
Pickles
Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, mayo)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat and prepare:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush the basket with oil to prevent sticking.

2. Season and shape:
In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently form into 4 equal patties, slightly larger than the buns.

3. Air fry burgers:
Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7 minutes, then flip and cook another 5–6 minutes for medium doneness.

4. Add cheese:
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar on each patty. Close the air fryer to melt.

5. Toast buns:
Brush brioche buns with melted butter. Air fry for 2 minutes until golden.

6. Assemble burgers:
Layer buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, burger patty, pickles, and condiments of choice. Serve warm.
