Recipe Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whip the cream:
In a large chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.

2. Blend the base:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Step #2 is completed.

3. Fold together:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and airy.

4. Add the mix-ins:
Stir in mini marshmallows, half the strawberries, and half the blueberries.

5. Assemble the bowl:
Spoon the fluff mixture into a serving bowl. Top with remaining fresh berries, crushed graham crackers, and toasted coconut.

6. Chill and serve:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

Helpful Tips to Perfect This Recipe

  • Chill everything first: Cold cream and bowls help your whipped cream form faster and stay fluffy longer.
  • Balance the sweetness: Taste the cream cheese mixture before folding in whipped cream—you can add more powdered sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
  • Make it your own: Swap strawberries for raspberries or use chocolate shavings instead of graham crackers for a decadent twist.
