INGREDIENTS

1 (16 Oz) bag shredded Coleslaw Mix
1 medium finely chopped Apple
3 tbsp. finely chopped Onion
3 tbsp. organic Cane Sugar
1 pinch Sea Salt, Black Pepper
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS

1. In your small size mixing bowl combine
all ingredients for your dressing and mix.
2. Pour it over coleslaw and mix.
Serve chilled.

    Very good. I made a couple of slight changes. I used Apple Cider vinegar instead of white and reduced sugar to about 1/2 tablespoon.

    Love, love, love this coleslaw!! We are not fans of mayo and this Greek yogurt dressing is perfect!!
