   One of our favorite everyday salads. This Healthy Home-Style Coleslaw is a simple and easy recipe which only takes a few minutes to make. It’s a must try. Delightful and healthy side dish that will be a great addition to any meal. All that is required to do in this recipe is to shred the cabbage and dice some cucumbers and tomatoes. Then slice the onions thinly and toss it all in the olive oil. Add the suggested spices and one tablespoon of white vinegar. That is all. Vibrant colors, great food, and great taste. Good company is required to enjoy this delicious dish.

Healthy Home-Style Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

1 large cubed Cucumber
5 sliced Roma Tomatoes
4 cups shredded Cabbage
half of a medium Onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
1 pinch Sea Salt, Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
